Phase II - The roots

Self-Healing & Amar o Amor Initiation

This phase is centered on deep personal healing.
Students are initiated into the Amar o Amor healing system.

7 day Initiation Retreat: held to receive initiation, activate symbols, take ethical vows, and begin the self-healing path.

Students learn:

1. The Capacity to Hold Themselves

  • Not understanding yourself, but being able to stay with yourself.

  • Remaining present under emotional activation

  • Not collapsing, avoiding, or dissociating

  • Holding discomfort without losing center

2. Embodied Work with the Medicine Wheel

The Medicine Wheel stops being theory and becomes a living map. Students learn to:

  • Diagnose their state through the 4 directions

  • Work cyclically (not reactively)

  • Understand where they are: initiation, descent, integration, or clarity

  • Fire, Water, Earth, Air are no longer concepts, they become tools for orientation and healing

3. Stabilization of the Energetic Field

  • Instead of being porous and reactive, the system becomes coherent.

  • Stronger energetic boundaries

  • Awareness of external influence vs internal truth

  • Ability to regulate energy instead of absorbing everything

  • From: “I feel everything” To: “I know what is mine and what is not

4. Deep Self-Healing Through the Amazonian System

This is where your work becomes very specific and powerful. Students gain:

  • Direct experience with sacred symbols (purification, heart, karma, etc.)

  • Structured healing processes (21-day integrations, energetic resets)

  • Understanding healing as discipline, not event

  • Healing stops being something they receive—and becomes something they practice daily

5. Shadow Work That Actually Transforms
Not “light spirituality”. Real shadow work:

  • Meeting the parts that sabotage, avoid, manipulate, or hide

  • Understanding defense mechanisms and unconscious patterns

  • Integrating—not bypassing—the shadow

  • This is where identity starts to reorganize

6. Inner Work: Rewiring Emotional & Behavioral Patterns

  • Students move from insight change.

  • Recognizing repeating emotional loops

  • Interrupting automatic reactions

  • Building new internal responses

  • Understanding patterns is not enough—
this is about changing how the system functions

7. Ancestral Work & Systemic Healing
This goes beyond the individual story.
Students learn to:

  • Work with lineage and inherited patterns

  • Understand transgenerational imprints

  • Perform rituals of acknowledgment, release, and integration

  • They stop carrying what is not theirs

8. Archetypal Integration (Not Just Knowledge)

  • Archetypes become embodied forces, not ideas.

  • Warrior, Lover, Healer, Shadow Keeper, Sage, Mystic…

  • Recognizing which archetype is active (or missing)

  • Integrating opposites (strength & vulnerability, power & surrender)

  • This creates psychological and spiritual balance

9. Ability to Stay Present in Intensity

Students develop:

  • Nervous system resilience

  • Emotional tolerance

  • Grounded presence in chaos, stress, or conflict

  • Not escaping intensity—but becoming stable inside it

10. Discernment: Intuition vs Projection
This is rare—and essential. Students learn to distinguish:

  • Intuition vs fear

  • Guidance vs fantasy

  • Inner truth vs external influence

  • They stop outsourcing decisions and start seeing clearly

11. Ritual as a Tool for Transformation

  • Ritual becomes functional, not decorative.

  • Seasonal rituals (Solstice, Samhain, etc.)

  • Ancestral rituals

  • Personal healing structures

  • Ritual becomes a technology for change

12. Relationship with Spiritual Allies & Forces

  • Working with animals, symbols, and guides

  • Understanding their function—not projecting onto them

  • Building stable, respectful relationships

13. Integration of Masculine & Feminine Forces

Students work with:

  • Action vs surrender

  • Structure vs flow

  • Discipline vs devotion

  • Creating internal polarity and balance

14. From Seeker to Someone Who Can Hold Power
This is the real outcome. Move from:

  • Consuming knowledge

  • Needing guidance

  • Escaping discomfort

Into:

  • Holding energy

  • Holding responsibility

  • Holding themselves and eventually others
